Covid 6.0 got us all a little Dotty here so maybe not the best time to R n D a new Brownie flavour...but we did anyway.
I was looking for some inspiration so I had a chat with Captain and asked him what he thought would be a great combo of flavours for a new brownie.
His answer was...Carrots! Maybe some apple? A bit of molasses?
Righto I can do that and just to add a bit of zing lets go some ginger as well.
So here it is! Captain's Choice!  (Approved by the hairy kitchen sharks).
